Basic Solutions Package
Paske Pest Control’s Basic Solutions will eliminate all current infestations and protect your home against a variety of household pests for the long haul. With our highly effective yet family-friendly treatments, we’ll create a pest barrier around your home that will provide year-round protection against the most common pests in Missouri. How Does Our Basic Package Work?
We will treat the inside and outside of your home to eradicate pest infestations and prevent new ones from occurring. See below to learn more about the details of this package:
- Webbing Sweep: We will check windows and doors, around utility boxes, light fixtures, outdoor storage areas, etc. to ensure these spaces are free from spider webs.
- Liquid Perimeter Treatment: We will spray or treat around the perimeter of your home by applying product where pests enter the structure, where they trail or crawl and hide, or where their nests are found.
- Granular Perimeter Treatment: We will apply a granular treatment on the ground surrounding the perimeter of your home.
- Indoor Treatments: We will apply appropriate treatments in various areas of your home that attract pests.
COMPLETE HOME BASIC PACKAGE
INSPECTION/ TREATMENT FOR INTERIOR PESTS (INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SPECIES) must be within 10’ of home/ structure. Ants, Centipedes, Crickets, Earwigs, Millipedes, Oriental Roaches (Water bugs), Pantry Pests (Weevils, Grain Beetles), Pill Bugs (Roly Poly), Scorpions, Silverfish, Spider (excluding Brown Recluse), Wasp Nest Removal (On exterior structure(s) only and must be accessible with a 24’ extension pole.)
Starting at $43/Month, 149 Initial Fee*
Basic coverage includes:
- 4 perimeter services per year covering: Ants, Centipedes, Crickets, Earwigs, Millipedes, Oriental Roaches, Pill Bugs, Silverfish, Spider (excluding Brown Recluse), and Wasp Nest Removal
- Interior service and retreatments included as necessary.
*Starting at $149 initial fee and first month of service for homes up to 5,499 sq foot. $43 a month after for up to 2,499 sq foot home. Pricing may vary based on square footage. Wasp nest removal only on exterior of structure(s) and must be accessible with a 24’ extension pole.

Paske Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions shall control for and mitigate against infestations of covered pests set forth on Page 1 and 2 of this Agreement located inside the home and within 5’ around the structures at the service address listed on Page 1 through delivery of regular pest control service. For an additional charge, Paske Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions shall control for and mitigate against infestations of additional pests by selecting additional packages or services for pests designated by the purchaser on Page 1 and 2 of this Agreement located inside the home and within 5’ around the structures at the service address listed on Page 1 through delivery of regular pest control service. All services shall be performed in accordance with procedures recognized in the pest control industry and scientific community as effective against target pests.
Complete Home Bronze Package - BASIC PACKAGE plus RODENT CONTROL.
Starting at $67/Month, 399 Initial Fee*
- 4 services per year, covering: Ants, Crickets, Earwigs, Millipedes, Oriental Roaches, Pill Bugs, Silverfish, Spider (excluding Brown Recluse), Wasp Nest Removal, PLUS Rodents
- 4 perimeter services per year.
- Interior service and retreatments included as necessary.
*$399 initial fee and first month of service. $67/Month thereafter for up to 2499 sq foot. Pricing may vary based on square footage. Wasp nest removal only on exterior of structure(s) and must be accessible with a 24’ extension pole.
Complete Home Plus Package - BASIC COVERAGE plus POWER SPRAY “OUTDOOR PESTS”)
Starting at $76/Month, 149 Initial Fee*
- Covers pests from the Complete Home Basic Package, PLUS outdoor pests: Mosquitos, Stink Bugs, Biting Midges, Japanese Beetles, Cluster Flies, Lady Bugs, Boxelder Bugs, Springtails, Clover Mites, Paper Wasps, Mud Daubers, Yellow Jackets (Ground nests ONLY), Bumble Bees, Bald Faced Hornets, Cicada Killers, Carpenter Bees (up to 25 holes within 24’), Fleas, and Ticks
- 4 perimeter services per year and 6 monthly power sprays (April-September).
- Interior service and retreatments included as necessary. Up to .25-acre yard.
*$149 initial fee and first month of service. $76/Month thereafter for up to 2499 sq foot. Pricing may vary based on square footage. Covers up to .25-acre yard.

If the customer’s service includes power spray service for outdoor pests included power spray services will be performed in accordance with the service frequency listed on Page 1 of this Agreement. Power spray service will continue beyond the included service frequency at an additional charge unless canceled by the customer in writing to customercare@paskes.com. The additional services amount is listed on Page 1 of this Agreement under the power spray section within the service frequency section. Customer understands this program is designed to help reduce the covered pest(s) population by servicing areas around the property in which the covered pest(s) rest and breed. Paske Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions does not guarantee that the covered pest(s) will not be found on your property during the service period of the Agreement. When applicable the customer has been advised of the conditions conducive to mosquito breeding and must follow the Customer’s Responsibility and Obligations which were provided separately.
